It was established in 1992 as a sub-industry to serve the other production sector, especially iron and steel. ​ ​
Form Engineering, which started to serve in the Industrial Estate of Zonguldak province EreÄŸli district, felt the need to expand its machinery park and settlement area as a result of the increase in its market share and developing needs, and as of 2002, 400 m2 closed area in Belen Industrial Site and 2700 m2 in Organized Industrial Zone on 01.09.2011. In today's market conditions, it continues its activities by adopting continuous development with its stable and high quality production in today's market conditions.
